The rooms of the hotel were neat with clean bathroom. The staff were excellent co-operating and nice and the location was good in the middle of jackson.

The beauty of nature surrounding the hotel creates a breathtaking atmosphere. Rooms are well-maintained and service is welcoming. A parking space is available.

Extremely spacious rooms, I had fairly nice experience.
Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave, I would have stayed for longer. Tidy hotel, services were good and location was particularly good in the middle of jackson. Its personnel was very, very nice and excellent co-operating, no reason to complain...

The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was included in the price. The hotel is conveniently located near a busy road and public transportation, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any needs that arose during the stay.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was below average, and the fixtures were outdated and dirty. the floors were not as clean as they could have been.

Great staff and good service overall. the rooms were spacious and had all the amenities needed for a business stay. the view from the back of the hotel was amazing and really added to the experience. the location was a bit far from the city, but it was perfect for those exploring the Pimpri-Chinchwad area.
Parking was a bit of an issue as we were told there was parking available on the premises, but the hotel compound was too small to accommodate cars. the bathroom fixtures were a bit old and not as clean as expected.
